Like when someone mail their jackson racing supercharger to Endyn and have them do something to it to make it better. What exactly do they do to the blower, and what's the benefit from it? Will it introduce more stress to my engine? If you have links to where I can read more about this, please let me know. Thanks

In a nut shell, it will make your car faster. No question about it! It was the best $$ to HP money I've spent.

Two guys from ClubSi just sent there JRSC's to get TOO's upgrade. I believe one of them will be recieving/installing it in two weeks. I'm anxious what the outcome will be.

Time. It's easy to spend an evening doing the work, but the shop with the dyno is open just about the same hours that my business is open. I'm damn sure not gonna close my shop for several hours (losing money) to spend a little. I, personally, haven't had the need to prove anything on paper, as I'm not selling anything that ENDYN does. If you want to go for a ride, come by I'll be glad to. You want to see it, come to the house, and we'll take that mother apart. I WILL be doing some dyno runs and WILL be posting them here for everyone to see, when the engine is broken in properly. Then I'll install the blower and do another dyno run and post it, in my time period. My business is what allows me the money to do these projects, and I will not neglect it. If the dyno shop is not open when I can get there, there will be no charts. I'll take a damn video camera and G-tech for ride, if you want. To answer the question originally asked on this thread, the answer is on theoldone.com FAQ. If it's not enough, then why should any other info posted by any other business, automotive related or other, be enough. People buy shit from businesses all of the time, sight unseen. Some products work as advertised, some don't. If I spent that much money, and was dissatisfied, why wouldn't I just say so?

The entire ENDYN modification package consists of the following:
Total rework of the "S" tube from end to end. This is designed to provide constant cross sectional areas, while expansion of the turning areas produces pressure gradients that produce less separation and turbulence.
The rework of the blower case involves material removal in some areas while more aluminum is added in other locations. The case is blueprinted to bring all specifications into design specs and the inlet and exit ports are precisely modified to provide perfect 120-degree timing. The entry is aero modified and considerable material is added to provide an aero exit for the charge air. This is a largely overlooked area, but the fact that providing a smooth non turbulent exit cuts temperatures radically and also provides greater exit flow rates can not be overlooked. The blower is also re-equipped with a 3" diameter pulley.
The JR inlet manifold and bypass housing are also reworked to provide enhanced and equal flow to each inlet port as well as a smooth entry and better non boost to boost transitions.
The MegaTube by Thompson Engineering is also a key player in the package. Produced from a cellular plastic, which is both heat resistant and acoustically inert, the air cleaner and induction tube are designed specifically for the blown engine. The configuration also is designed to actually increase positive pressure to the throttle body, which provides smooth and non-turbulent air that is not heated by the engine compartment.
The price for the above modifications is $1,475.00

Thanks Mike.
With a 3" pulley, the blower will be spinning at twice the speed of the engine. I believe the blower vanes will be super-sonic past 7000rpm (engine). Fuel requirements would be huge as well. Is this recommended for a stock block???

It works with a stock block I think. I would say get a pump, injectors, J&S, BTM, and some other goodies. After all this talk, I decieded to do it! Yes thats right, I'm contacting Larry to see when I can send my blower in to get worked on. Finally we will see what a type R thats really supercharged will put out. Currently I hit around 205-210whp with the fuel tuned right. After this reworking, I hope to hit around 250whp!
Nothing final yet! I will only do this if Larry can finish the work in no more then two weeks. Since the R is my daily driver, I can't afford to has it down for more then 3weeks max. Also next week, I am fixing my syncro's, and installing my new ACT Extream clutch, and performance disc. While the car is sitting without the charger, I am going to order the Kamakazi header, and have my Top Fuel exhaust converted to 3" piping. I will also install the new 310cc injectors from RC.

3" pulley? Isn't that about 10 psi or more? Thanks but no thanks. I would rather go Drag Gen 3 @ 7 psi for a thousand less, not to mention more power.
